Medical Treatments & Consultations

Injectable services (including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulants, PRP/PRF, and other medical treatments) require a medical evaluation.

New patients may be required to complete a Good Faith Exam or consultation prior to treatment.

Booking an appointment does not guarantee treatment; final treatment plans are determined after an in-person assessment.

Patients must be 18 years of age or older for injectable services.

Appointments, Deposits & Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment time.

Deposits are applied toward your treatment on the day of service. Consultation-only appointments are excluded, as these visits include a comprehensive medical assessment and personalized treatment planning for the year ahead.

Deposits are non-refundable and help us protect dedicated appointment times for our patients.

Any remaining balance is due at the time of your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a cancellation fee.

Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow for check-in and a relaxed start to your experience.

Arrivals more than 10-15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled to maintain the quality of care for all patients.

Treatment Expectations

Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness may occur, particularly with injectable and advanced treatments.

Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results.

Health & Safety
